Gentle Suction Therapy Promotes Circulation and Releases Stagnation.
Cupping is a popular TCM treatment technique with a long history of practice. It involves the use of heat and specially designed “cups” to create localized suction on the skin. This suction promotes circulation, relieves tension, and supports the body’s natural healing processes.

What to Expect
During a session, heat is used to create a vacuum inside the cups, which are placed on the skin to create suction. You may feel pulling or tightness, which many patients find deeply relaxing.
After the session, circular marks may appear on the skin. These marks are not bruises but rather signs of stagnation being released. They typically fade within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your individual constitution.
