- Have a light snack if you haven’t eaten in the past 3–4 hours.

After your session:

How do I take my herbal medicine?
We offer two types of herbal medicines:
- Decoctions – Herbal prescriptions prepared for internal consumption.
- Topical solutions – Herbal formulas applied externally.
All herbal medicines are prepared in our clinic and are ready for use when picked up. Detailed instructions, including usage, frequency, and duration, will be provided along with your herbal medicine.
