FAQ

You can book an appointment by calling our clinic, using our online booking system, or visiting us in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time.

We uphold strict sanitization standards to ensure a clean and professional environment:

  • All treatment surfaces and equipment are sanitized after each patient.
  • Hand sanitizers are available throughout the clinic.
  • High-touch areas are disinfected regularly throughout the day.
To maintain a clean and focused treatment environment and protect the privacy of all patients, we ask that only the patient receiving treatment stays in the assigned treatment room unless special accommodations are required. Friends and family are welcome to wait in the waiting area.
Your first visit will begin with a thorough consultation and assessment of your health condition. This allows your practitioner to make an accurate diagnosis and recommend the most effective treatment approach for your health needs.

To ensure a comfortable and effective session:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing or bring a change of clothes (e.g. a t-shirt and shorts).
  • Have a light snack if you haven’t eaten in the past 3–4 hours.

After your session:

  • Stay hydrated.
  • Take a short break to rest and allow your body to integrate the treatment effectively.
Your herbal medicine is a carefully formulated blend of different natural herbs prepared by our clinic. We use only premium-grade raw herbs from trusted sources to ensure safety, potency, and effectiveness.

We offer two types of herbal medicines:

  • Decoctions – Herbal prescriptions prepared for internal consumption.
  • Topical solutions – Herbal formulas applied externally.

All herbal medicines are prepared in our clinic and are ready for use when picked up. Detailed instructions, including usage, frequency, and duration, will be provided along with your herbal medicine.
