Natural Healing Through Acupoints
Relieve and Heal Through Traditional TCM Bodywork.
Acupressure, also known as Tuina Massage, is a form of therapeutic bodywork rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Distinct from general massage, it integrates TCM theories of meridians and acupoints with modern anatomical knowledge of muscles and joints to promote healing.
Pressure is applied to specific acupoints along the body’s meridians, muscles, and joints to:
- stimulate circulation,
- relieve tension and discomfort,
- stabilize and realign joints,
- and support the body’s natural healing processes.

What to Expect
During your session, our trained practitioners will use a variety of unique hands-on techniques, such as:
- Gentle pressing
- Rolling or kneading motions
- Stretching and joint mobilization
Each treatment is carefully tailored by combining different techniques to address your specific health concerns.
Acupressure can be used as a standalone treatment or in combination with your acupuncture treatment to enhance its therapeutic effects.
